Dear General Mortensen:

Please let me introduce myself, my name is Brad Giordani and I am the President of Militec, Inc located in Waldorf Maryland. Since 1988, my company has produced a Synthetic Weapons Lubricant; called MILITEC-1 that has been is in constant demand by our Soldiers since OEF began.

The reason for my correspondence is that recently we were exhibiting at the Government Security Exposition in Washington, where I was demonstrating MILITEC-1 to Lieutenant General XXX. He asked me if AMC was aware of the efficacy of my lubricant and I said that we had had a strong relationship when General Paul Kern was the Commander, but since his retirement, we have had no luck in traversing the bureaucracy at Picatinny.

General XXX suggested that I use his name to contact you and express his strong support for the quality and usefulness of my dry synthetic weapons lubricant, and that you could help eliminate the barriers that prevent soldiers in combat from obtaining critical supplies.

I would welcome an opportunity to follow through with his suggestion and provide you with a briefing during next week’s symposium at booth # 143.
