This letter is to inform you that the US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command has requested that the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) remove the Army as identified user of National Stock Numbers (NSN) 9150-01-378-3058, 9150-01-378-3118, 9150-01-415-9112, 9150-01-415-9114, and 9150-01-415-9111. The Army informed DSCR that the products listed under these NSNs do not meet the performance requirements of MIL-PRF-32033, the military specification for a general purpose lubricant.
