Subject: Our Troops Are Still In Danger thanks to Col. Smith (ARDEC) and the ridiculous APG Flour testing.
Good Morning Gentleman,
I have sent you two urgent messages (without a response) and copied you last week on a DSCR message that clearly proves a huge demand for MILITEC-1 by our troops along with multiple divisions that back our product.
I have two questions:
1. Have you read the "final" RDECOM/ARDEC's SWAT REPORT that I sent you authored by Col. Michael J. Smith?
2. Why was MILITEC-1 rejected in the first phase of desert lubricant testing at APG?
I had "firm assurances by both of you" that, (a) the testing would be real world, (b) we would be invited to participate in the testing and the testing would "NOT" be based on MilSpec CLP conformance laboratory requirements.
Lew, the reason you called me at home on five occasions (last Sept/Oct) was to convince me that Militec, Inc. would be treated fairly and AMC's "team of experts" would be testing MILITEC-1 in real-world conditions.
The Net result is Lew, what I said would happen did happen. Please read the public record if in doubt.
I except firm action taken against Col. Michael J. Smith.
