Subject: Please pass on your superiors. Thank you!!
Dear Dana,
Below, are three messages (that we just posted @ www.militec.com ) that recently arrived from Kuwait. This new section will be under construction for another week, or so.
This first hand information from Kuwait directly lays blame on the "continuing dangers of the use of MilSpec CLP by our cherished forces" Furthermore, the testing and use of MILITEC-1 is continuing to gain wide support from the Commanders and end users that are fighting in Afghanistan, Kuwait and Iraq.
Please let me know if you would like the names of the Military Officers (that are at war) that are strong supporters and users of MILITEC-1.
I hope for the sake of our forces, that DLA does not delay these critical supplies that have been requested by our fighting men and women.
Thank you for your continuing support for MILITEC-1 and our combat forces that are still in harms way!!
Very Respectfully,
Brad P. Giordani

Subject: RE: Fw: "FOR WENDY"
Goes like this:
I work for a company that trains US soldiers for war, that now is a reality. Beginning last summer and until just recently, we trained all three 3ID brigades. Part of this training includes company, task force and brigade level combined arms live fire exercises (CALFEX's). I am a retired Army LTC and former tank battalion commander and I am the gunnery coordinator. I set up, coordinate, plan and execute these exercises.
Last summer, July 2002, we started company firing exercises. It was about 130-140degrees F everyday. People, machines and weapons were failing due to this extreme heat. I witnessed many small arms literally blow up due to high heat. One day, a mech company negotiated the course and I saw, as did my master gunners, that all weapons from M16 to cal. 50, to include MK 19 and 25 mm chain gun fired without stoppage. This was a veritable miracle. So I asked the TF master gunner, SSG Jim XXXXX, how the unit did so well. He reached into his pocket, pulled out a one ounce bottle of MILITEC and said "with this." He is not the only person who knows the value of MILITEC. I have the Special Forces, Navy Seals, and other units, especially light units asking me for MILITEC everyday. (We know that the recent death of a Special operations soldier who fell from a helicopter in Afghanistan, was due to lube failure on his weapons as he was overrun by Al Quaeda forces, the SF guys know this also, they told me) . I refer them to a local oil distributor in Kuwait city who handles this product. Units either contract a purchase or use credit card. The 3ID is madly in love with MILITEC and you can ask any of the three brigade commanders. The local distributor could not meet the demand, so units went the NSN route. The 82d Airborne also bought a significant amount of MILITEC locally. They love it and are using it now in combat.
They know, and I know and my master gunners know that the Army issue CLP or whatever it is called now does not work. What the Army has now, may meet a certain milspec, but it does not work. Just because something meets a standard, does not mean it is a good thing. After training many, many battalions in my past 3 years here in Kuwait, I can tell you of the great distrust for the Army standard weapons lube, whether it passes some test or not. It does not work, soldiers dont trust it, master gunners hate it, and most platoon sergeants use motor oil on their weapons.
Recently, I supervised a CALFEX for all four battle groups of the British 7th Armoured Brigade, who are now fighting in Iraq. They use a machine type oil which does not work either. They introduced a brand new, never tested 5.56 machine gun(like our SAW) and test fired it out here in Kuwait. It did not work. It stopped all the time. I gave them a bottle of MILITEC which I got from a local Kuwaiti oil distributor who is also the local distributor for MILITEC. After applying MILITEC, there were no stoppages. The brits also applied MILITEC to 14 coax machineguns in a warrior equipped unit and 14 coax machineguns in a Challenger II (tank) unit. Each of these guns fired 1000 rounds of 7.62 mm. The next day, their version of our master gunner, Warrant Glenn Eggleton, reported to me that they had only two stoppages, and one was due to a bad weapon. He was shocked. He took two of my bottles and sent them to the UK for testing. The Brits attempted to order MILITEC from the vendor, but was out of stock. The last I knew, they were ordering MILITEC via the nato stock number, same as our NSN, system. They probably do not have it now. Good thing they are not in heavy combat, right now. I wonder how many jams they have had. They loved MILITEC.
I have been here three years and have observed many, many firing exercises from TT and BT VIII, XII and CALFEX's and can say with absolute certainty, that the milspec Army standard weapons lube does not work, at all. It is a terrible lubricant and lousy cleaner. If it perserves anything, it is by accident.
MILITEC works. Soldiers know it. Soldiers want it.
(NOTE: and of course feel free to give the General or anyone my e mail address.

Ok Brad
time to tell this guy that the reason the 31 yr old Navy Seal who fell out of a helicopter about 7 months ago, in Afghanistan, died in a firefight cause he was using CLP and both his weapons jammed. I got that from a reliable source in the 3BCT of the 3 ID and that is one reason they switched to MILITEC> Have this dumb SOB get hold of any of the 3ID BCT commanders and ask about MILITEC>
WE need to go to congress again,l and the XX XX and if you wish I will e mail Gen XXXX.

Hey Brad
Once again, you want me to get into this??? I will write Gen XXXX personally if I must and attest to MILITEC> Challenge him to ask personally the three brigade commanders in the 3ID. 1st Brigade Col. XXXXXXXX--a real fanatic about MILITEC, 2d Brigade-Col. XXXXXXX, big fan, 3d Brigade-Col XXXX--super big fan. Go ahead. tell the 3 brigade commanders as they cross the border they will not have MILITEC. This particular act is aiding and abedding the enemy.
We have been dodging SCUD missiles all day the Patriots have knocked them out of the sky--not just altering course, but detonating in the air. No chemicals yet, although, we have already done numerous MOPP drills already.
Whatever I need to do, just ask. friend bob
