Dear Mr. Jeniolionis,
I was hoping after (six weeks) I could finally get a straight answer from you.
The whole truth will eventually come out, Mr. Jeniolionis, so why not tell the truth? Who are you protecting?
DLA has been ordering MILITEC-1 for the past eight (8) years with no problems. Then, the war breaks out; a huge demand for MILITEC-1 is realized and you cancel the Troops orders without justification or cause. Why did you do this? Was it the DLA ten year old mistake, or was it something else? or, is it the personality and NIH issue?
You are a fine example why DLA is so inefficient.
Since you won't tell the truth, we will tell it for you.
You were given plenty of opportunities to come clean.
Sincerely,
Brad P. Giordani

Dear Mr. Jeniolionis,
Thank you for your reply.
I am still very confused and distressed over this entire situation regarding the safety of our troops and why their critical and legal war orders were cancelled by your office. If possible, could DSCR answer the following questions:
1. Has "the message" gone out (as we have been repeatedly told) to the troops advising MILITEC-1 is available for immediate purchase? If so, can you send us a copy of that message?
2. Was DSCR able to determine who got their war orders cancelled? If so, can we have the list so we can follow up?
We need your help.
Thank you!
Brad

Sir,
By "released" you are implying that DSCR is holding orders.
I have no knowledge of any orders that are being held by DSCR; therefore, I cannot tell you when the orders will be released.

Pleased be advised, I, Personally, will be making a formal apology to the DoD IG. More specifically, to Director Trahan [I rescinded my apology 30 days later, once the facts were discovered]
Also, pleased be advised, Mr. Villahermosa and others, will be posted Monday morning @ www.militec-1.com Furthermore, your response, or lack thereof, will also be posted.
And finally, the former Commanding General for TACOM, signed a letter that was in response to a letter they received from The Assistant Secretary of the Army. This letter was just discovered, however, this letter originated from your office. and it states" Subsequent Congressional pressure resulted in establishment of three (3) new NSN's for MILITEC-1 in 1995 by DLA for weapons and machine shop use. These three (3) NSN's have not yet been authorized for U.S. Army use; they are not reflected in the AMDF, but can be requisitioned by each of the military services.
This is more evidence of ARDEC concealing the facts at the expense of our vital Military Forces.
Sincerely,
Brad P. Giordani
