MILITEC was founded in 1987 by MILITEC-1 inventor, Bradley P. Giordani. Mr. Giordani has spent decades in the research and development of oil-related products. Working with industrial and government users of oil products for 14 years, Mr. Giordani became increasingly aware of the need for an advanced synthetic lubricant. Most prominent and troublesome among the shortcomings of existing products were thickening of the carrier oils and the presence of metal particles or other minute solids. Mr. Giordani achieved a technical breakthrough in 1988: MILITEC-1 was created from a new synthetic-based starting material and other quality ingredients which were combined in an improved proprietary reactor process. The product has been marketed and sold to a range of U.S. and international customers since 1988.

The company is privately held and consists of two separate corporations:

1. Adaptive Molecular Technologies, Inc. (AMT): AMT is chartered to market, sell and distribute the company’s products to international markets.

2. MILITEC Incorporated (MI): MI is chartered to market, sell and distribute the company’s products to domestic (U.S.) markets.

With the exception of the local, state and federal government markets, the sales of which are handled directly by MILITEC Incorporated, all other MILITEC products are marketed and sold through authorized domestic and international distributors.
