Dear General Andrews:

I have received two complaints from MILITEC, Incorporated that Mr. Maurice E. Lepera, of the Mobility Technology Center-FT Belvoir, has removed their product for weapons and machine shop application from the Army Master Data File (AMDF) or Army log.

Twice, I had asked TACOM for the facts and TACOM responded that was not true and that the Navy was responsible for the products removal. The Navy's response was Mr. Lepera was responsible. Enclosed is a memorandum from Mr. Printy (Chief, Logistics Data Management Center) who is responsible for the AMDF, and who also documents Mr. Lepera was responsible. Could you please investigate and advise me on this matter.

Sincerely,

Kenneth J. Oscar
Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army
